Nanowave became so successful that their current IT infrastructure was no longer able to scale to their needs. Nanoware wanted to expand but didn’t have the IT support to guide them safely towards their goals.

The Solution
CITI quickly took control of their computer networks, servers, staff computers and all of their networking infrastructure including all of their Internet connections and various Internet services. While paying special attention to IT security, CITI was able to establish a dependable maintenance plan along with disaster recovery mitigation plans, business continuity plans and on-site backups. Integrated security camera systems were installed and CITI liaised with those providers.
Not only did CITI provide IT security systems but we were also able to increase the efficiencies of Nanowave Technologies’ HR processes. A card swipe system was introduced that increased the physical safety of the premises and also informed human resources of hours worked.
